“Lady Wisdom goes out in the street and shouts.
At the town centre she makes her speech.
In the middle of the traffic she takes her stand.
At the busiest corner she calls out:
"Carelessness kills and complacency is murder” (PR 1)
She’s a wise one, this Lady Wisdom. She’s so full of grace and knowledge and heart. I think I should listen without a deaf ear and see for myself without a blind eye, all that she takes her stand for. Because maybe there’s worth in taking care to avoid carelessness. Maybe there’s a better way than the complacent-norm. She is age-old but she’s still new to this world.
